1. Applicant’s Personal Details

Fill these details exactly as written on your CNIC:

• Applicant’s Name
• CNIC Number
• CNIC Issuance Date
• CNIC Expiry Date
• Father or Husband’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender (Choose from Male or Female)
• Email Address (Use a valid and working email)
• Mobile Number (Must begin with 03)
• Mother’s Name
• Do you already own a vehicle? (Select Yes or No)
• Have you availed a loan before? (Yes or No)
• NTN (optional)

2. Current Residential Address

Add your current living address with correct location details:

• Complete Address
• Province (Choose your province from dropdown)
• District
• Tehsil
• Nearest City

3. Permanent Address

If your permanent address is the same as your current address, you can tick the checkbox labeled Same as Above Address. Otherwise, fill the following:

• Permanent Address

4. Create Password for Your Account

You need to set a login password:

• Password (Use at least 8 characters for security)
