The Government of Pakistan has launched the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification Program (PAVE) for 2025. This program offers electric rickshaws, bikes, and loaders to help reduce fuel costs and promote eco-friendly transport.

To apply, all candidates must sign up on the official website: www.pave.gov.pk. The signup form is the first step. Below is the complete explanation of the form and how to fill it.

Step-by-Step Guide to Fill the PAVE Signup Form

1. Applicant’s Personal Details

Fill these details exactly as written on your CNIC:

  • Applicant’s Name
  • CNIC Number
  • CNIC Issuance Date
  • CNIC Expiry Date
  • Father or Husband’s Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender (Choose from Male or Female)
  • Email Address (Use a valid and working email)
  • Mobile Number (Must begin with 03)
  • Mother’s Name
  • Do you already own a vehicle? (Select Yes or No)
  • Have you availed a loan before? (Yes or No)
  • NTN (optional)

2. Current Residential Address

Add your current living address with correct location details:

  • Complete Address
  • Province (Choose your province from dropdown)
  • District
  • Tehsil
  • Nearest City

3. Permanent Address

If your permanent address is the same as your current address, you can tick the checkbox labeled Same as Above Address. Otherwise, fill the following:

  • Permanent Address
  • Province
  • District
  • Tehsil
  • Nearest City

4. Create Password for Your Account

You need to set a login password:

  • Password (Use at least 8 characters for security)
  • Confirm Password

Make sure both passwords match.

5. Captcha Verification

At the bottom of the form, you will see a simple math question like:

  • 18 + 9 = ?

Solve it and enter the answer in the Captcha field. This step confirms you are a real person.

Final Step: Click the Signup Button

Once all fields are completed correctly and the captcha is solved, click the Signup button to complete your registration.

What Happens After Signup?

  • Your account will be created on the portal.
  • You can log in anytime using your CNIC and password.
  • After login, you will complete your application and upload required documents.
  • You can also check the status of your application through the portal.

Important Tips

  • Always use correct CNIC and date of birth.
  • Mobile number and email must be active.
  • Do not use fake or wrong information.
  • Save your password in a safe place.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this scheme, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be a Pakistani citizen.
  • Must have a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Should have a valid mobile number and email address.
  • Should not be a defaulter of any bank loan.
  • Must be able to repay small monthly installments.
  • Must have no criminal record.

Who Cannot Apply?

  • People under 18 years of age.
  • Those who do not have a CNIC.
  • People with bad credit history or bank defaults.
  • Those who already received loan from PAVE or a similar program.
  • People who submit fake or incorrect information.
